Description:Program Design & Evaluation

1. Participate in Program Design and Development

1.1 Participate in Program Design & Evaluation department activities in identifying and researching state-of-the art program design models.
1.2 Participate with program level staff and managers in the design or implementation of best practice models.
1.3 Participate in the development of evaluation strategies and the identification of outcomes.
1.4 Assist programs in implementing and understanding evaluation strategies.
1.5 Participate in various groups designed to publish and disseminate ongoing best practice models at ICL.

2. Participate in Program Evaluation Activities

2.1 Participate in the development of the agency’s electronic clinical information systems.
2.2 Participate in program-solving activities with program managers and staff regarding evaluation strategies to be considered.
2.3 Analyze program evaluation data and provide feedback to program staff.
2.4 Analyze agency level evaluation data and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
2.5 Coordinate assigned agency program evaluation activities.
2.6 Attend designated management meetings on an as-needed basis to strategize, troubleshoot, and provide feedback on data collection.

Other Job Functions

1. Education Activities

1.1 Participate in the development of manuals and other training materials, including: design and delivery of workshops and other educational tools to program managers and staff as appropriate and necessary.
1.2 Represent the agency at relevant conferences by designing program strategies to collect and address the information gained through our initiatives.

Perform other Related Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:Masters or doctoral level education in mental health field. Experience working in the mental health and/or developmental disabilities fields; experience accessing and researching literature; experience working with programs to develop outcomes indicators; data analysis experience, and ability and interest in working with diverse employees and consumers.
